Easy Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp is a type of shellfish that doesn’t get that much attention from most athletes, however it’s very healthy for you as it is loaded with healthy fats and is high in protein. This is a great quick and easy recipe that every health enthusiast will enjoy.


1/2 cup of whole wheat rotini
1/4 cup of frozen/baby spinach
1/4 cup of frozen cooked shrimp
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of italian herbs


1. Boil pasta until the noodles are tender
2. Combine all ingredShrimpients into a skillet on medium heat and heat for 3-5 minutes 3. Serve and enjoy!
