Simple Green Juice Recipe

There’s nothing better for your body than nutrients from these fresh ingredients:

1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger rootd276b505d2f92ccf13265d6e24e8d847
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 avocado, peeled and seeded
1 cup (packed) kale, remove stem from the middle and discard
1 cup frozen red grapes
1 cup chilled green tea, freshly brewed, no sweeteners added
8 ice cubes


All all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more tea for a thinner smoothie.
