Protein banana – yogurt and peanut cake

Ingredients (1cake = 20 servings):

– 340 g Greec yogurt (2 x Fage 0%)
– 2 bananas (300 g)
– 100 g whey protein powder (I used vanilla flavor but you can also use chocolate or any flavor you like)
– 3 eggs
– 50 g peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C1233508_262991010492381_65787683_n
  2. Mash the bananas
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  4. Pour the mixture in a silicone baking tin (cake tin 20 cm)
  5. Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C
  6. Let the cake cool off before demoulding

Nutritional facts (1 serving = 1 slice 1cm thick):

Protein: 8 g
Carbohydrates: 4.2 g (sugars 3.7 g = banana)
Fat: 2.3 g (Saturated 0.5 g)
Fiber: 0.5 g
